Trade Finance – Speaker:
Beat Bannwart holds a Master of Science in Physics from ETH Zurich and is currently Head of Product & Market Development at Transaction Banking for Corporate & Institutional Clients at UBS Switzerland AG.
Prior to joining UBS, he was consulting financial institutions on all regulatory matters at KPMG. Before that, he held various positions with international banks in the field of corporate banking. As Chief Operating Officer of the Swiss branch of Fortis Bank he was responsible for the business development and the integration into BNP Paribas where he worked on several projects. Beforehand, he was Chief of Staff for Cash Product Sales EMEA at Citibank’s Global Transaction Services.
