In order to ensure normal urban life, a fundamentally different infrastructure is required using smart networks. Intelligent technology is becoming the foundation for building mega-cities for the future. Most of these tasks are addressed through the Smart City advanced concept. The conceptual idea of a ’smart city‘ is to create adaptive communication networks that are closely integrated into the municipal property management system. New technologies will increase the comfort of urban life and raise the quality of public service delivery to a high level. In addition, smart networks will significantly reduce resources and maintenance costs.

One such innovative city is Tianjin, the Green city, which has grown today thanks to the efforts of Singapore and China. This agglomeration was deliberately constructed in a contaminated area where access to fresh water sources was lacking. An entire range of innovative technologies, including cyclical water supply and alternative energy sources, have been used to build the infrastructure. A unique transport network has been set up in the city, which does not provide for traffic on internal combustion engines. The streets have advanced surveillance systems and air metering sensors.
Today, more than seventy thousand people live in eco-grad, and four and a half thousand companies are registered, whose total charter capital is two hundred billion yuan (over $30 billion). The project should be completed by the twentieth year.
Masdar is another known eco-town located in the UAE. The project was launched in 2006. The main idea behind developers is that the city will live with solar energy and other alternative sources that minimize carbon dioxide emissions. The project is currently experiencing difficulties in implementation because the technologies are not yet well developed. At this stage, the authors aim at reducing emissions by 50 per cent. The project stalled for a number of reasons.

However, the Government has allocated about twenty-two billion dollars to the project. Construction is now postponed for the thirtieth year. Today, Masdar is one of the few cities with no traditional cars. There is an automatic electrical transport system. The ground drones were launched in November of the tenth year. The main route has a length of about 1.5 kilometers. In the authors ‚ view, the transport capsules presented are absolutely reliable and safe. Now they can move with a three-second time interval without fear of collision.
Earlier, the Tokyo Electric Grid Company (TEK) said that it intends to use the blockchain to prevent a recurrence of the disaster in 2011, when a leak occurred at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant.
The concept of Smart City is very attractive both for the creation of new cities, and for integration into existing ones. Many technologies are quite complex in themselves, but they are easy to integrate, they are widely used in projects.
